Men and women of the "mature" variety are marking a milestone birthday at 75, starting in 1949. Fortunately, they did not have to join a Gold Rush to California to get there. Instead they have crossed parts of 9 decades, 2 centuries and 2 Millennia, but have always been "GOLDEN" according to this unisex design. "'40ers 9 decades 2 centuries 2 Millennia Always GOLDEN" shouts their PR team in handsome fonts that reflect the subject matter. "'49ers" is in a large, blocky distressed font; "9 Decades" in a bright green sans serif text topping 2 Centuries in a bold aqua turquoise Western-style font; "2 Millennia is in an "Old London" font in bright purple. "Always" is the only script font on the design and in a bright red for emphasis. "GOLDEN" is all caps in a decorative font that is (naturally) GOLD! Many celebrating a 75th birthday are not yet elderly as they mark what they consider a "Golden Birthday" tying their 1949 birthday to the California 1849 Gold Rush a century earlier. If they consider themselves "senior citizens" it's to take advantage of that "senior citizen discount" as they are but junior seniors with graduation years away (they hope). My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
