If it had sold better maybe instead of "Pony Cars" we would have had "Fish Cars" as the original Barracuda was actually introduced 16 days before Ford's Mustang. However as it worked out Ford sold ten Mustangs for each of Plymouth's Barracudas. Although the Barracuda never came close to the sales success of the Mustang it did stay in production for ten years. Today the most sought after model is the high performance "Cuda" which came equipped with a 383 c.i.d. V-8 but if that wasn't enough engine an additional $250 bought you a 440 or for $871 you could have the 426 Chrysler Hemi.

The shirt is good quality and fits just fine, but the colors of the printing are not as bright as in the sample photo. Not the best. The colors are a lot brighter in the sample photo; when I received the shirt they appeared faded. The red looks a little more pink and the blue is a lot lighter. N.B. I did not wash the shirt yet.
