I made a different version of this as a surprise for a friend and, even though I was born in, spent most of my time in, and am now again in the South, I finally had to call her and ask how she spells MEMAW. This is after I Googled it to learn that MEMA is a Sicilian term of endearment for Grandmother and MEMAW is Southern. Now, I know ... ; ) My Grandmothers were Gogee and Mamaw. That just dawned on me. Maybe they were aiming for MEMAW. Hmmmm ? Anyway ... play with the cap styles / colors, and change the initials. Awesome cap! We have ordered these before from Zazzle. The color is true to the photo. We love that they are adjustable. It can be a challenge to find a hat that fits my husband. "One size fits all" does not usually fit him. Plus, I can wear these hats, too. The embroidery turned out better than expected. The colors matched what we expected but the lettering turned out better than shown in the photo example. (The "Portland, OR" seemed a little chunky but it looks great in real life!)

The design was easy to do with a number of options both the hat style, color and so forth. These aren't some printed letters, these are the real deal stitching. The two hats arrived quickly. I've used Zazzle in the past for shirts a number of times and this is the first time for a hat. Zazzle is absolutes the best in every respect; customer service, product selection and results. The embroidery was just right. My artwork was turned into a professional look thanks to Zazzle.
