Was supposed to arrive 11/2, when it didn’t arrive by 11/10, Zazzle got involved. On 11/15 original arrived but it was broken. Because Zazzle jumped in, the new tray arrived on 11/17. Any company can have shipping problems or broken items but what matters is how they handle the issue. It says no personal info so I can’t name the Zazzle customer support individual but she set the standard for how a responsible company handles the issue. The tray itself is everything I wished for in a product. I make candy in December and since my sweet dog passed away in July, I wanted his picture and pictures of the animals of the vets, technicians and receptionists on the tray. I can’t wait to fill it with homemade candy and give it to them in December. Thank you Zazzle. Beautiful - it was perfect!
