Inspired by Her Majesty's 24th Regiment of Foot, this pocket watch is a perfect choice for your favorite traditionally-minded veteran or armchair campaigner. Noted for its ill-fated part in the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879, the regiment's 1878-81 helmet plate occupies the twelve o'clock position. The famous toast - `That we may not get into such a bloody mess, and have better luck this time! - that was offered up at a regimental dinner not long before the regiments decimation by the Zulus at Isandlwana. Available in gold and silver.
