Supplies: A4 or letter size sheet of paper card stock - can print onto washable inkjet fabric, or printable vinyl scissors Modge Podge decoupage coating, use brush, and paint over print side, before cutting panels out - cover your work surface with plastic wrap so surface doesn't get glue all over it optional tape or hot glue and low temp glue gun to connect parts to headband Instructions: Cut around outer edge of top graduation cap Cut out 2 headband attachments, the cap attachment and the rectangle strip that attaches to the cap attachment and plastic headband Cut into the curve at the bottom of the cap attachment, making v notches. Fold v notches back. Attach strip to bottom of folded v notches, start from center and work your way out, taping as you go Attach strip, with cap attachment v notches on top, to plastic headband.
