This yellow rosary in the modern style uses an Art Nouveau central medallion of Mary as Virgo Virginum (Virgin of Virgins) and a modern sans serif font Kleptocracy Bold. Yellow is one of the colors associated with the Luminous Mysteries in modern usage. + Image Credit (Modern Luminous 2 Rosary Beads): Our yellow rosary beads derive from a loose bookplate in the designer’s private collection entitled “Gems and Precious Stones” featuring the Tiffany Yellow Diamond (No. 31). The bookplate was prepared under the direction of George F. Kunz (1856-1932), the renowned American mineralogist and gem expert with Messrs. Tiffany and Company. It was chromolithographed by L. Prang & Co., Boston, Massachusetts, c.. 1890.
