Very happy with purchase of Christmas Card. Great quality! I am in process of ordering other types of cards and have not completed due to the price of shipping! My order is over !00.00 and I am using coupon but the shipping charges $23.49 which actually defeats the coupon to some extent. Not sure if I will complete order at this time. Print quality was very legible.

Happy with product not with delivery. I searched many sites before selecting Zazzle (first time use). The layout and card design were exactly what I was looking for. Despite multiple discounts I thought the pricing was high. To no fault of their own, UPS lost my cards then when I got the remakes the labels weren't with the cards and some were missing. I received after Christmas, ordered 11/30. When order was placed Zazzle said delivery by 12/31 so they met the stated delivery. I didn't want to pay extra for the expediated shipping. The couple times I called customer service, first time on hold over an hour before reaching Filip. Filip helped both times and was very helpful. I planned on ordering graduation cards for my son but I will use another company. Printing was fair, for professional photos I thought the images would look better than they did. I didn't pay the extra for premium quality.

I really liked the "Merry Christmas" typography on this card, and that there is space for a little message. The pattern on the back is very pretty!! I ordered a sample of this card, so I didn't use my own photos, but all of the 9 images are very detailed. I was a little worried they would turn out blurry or look too small but the card looks just how I saw it on the computer screen.
