When I ordered the ornament I was a bit confused as how to upload the picture because I didn't scroll below the picture. The description wasn't very good so my husband insisted that it wouldn't be cut to the correct outline. However, once it arrived it was great! It was a difficult picture to do with all the dog hair sticking out around the edges, but they made it work. The image quality was very satisfying.
