3rd Armored Division - US Military "Grunge" Ceramic Ornament
The BattleCrest™ commemorates the 3rd Armored Division Artillery (DIVARTY) Tribute. DIVARTY was established in 1941 and served with the 3rd Armored Division during WWII before being deactivated. It was reactivated in 1948, assigned to the West German division in 1956, and used during the Cold War. During the Gulf War, DIVARTY provided support to the unit. After the war, it returned to Germany and was decommissioned in September 1991. This design recognizes DIVARTY's legacy, including its pivotal role in World War II and the Gulf War, as well as its unwavering service during the Cold War, while also paying tribute to the valiant men and women who served and sacrificed.
