Editor Cat loves to watch the early morning sunrise. My Cascades Blend T.O. by RoseWrites Roasted Coffee package design inspired me to do another night-themed specialty coffee box. I felt the silhouette of Editor Cat was ideal. Since Zazzle introduced Specialty coffee this year (2025), I've been able to add to my 2015 Coffee Lover's Holiday Collection. About the coffee: Roastify distributes it: https://www.roastify.app/our-team It is certified as specialty coffee by the Specialty Coffee Association (Q-Grade of 80 or more). To be considered a "specialty coffee", a minimum of 80 points must be earned.
