I could never tire of painting butterflies, definitely one of my favourite things to paint! My favourite in particular is the Blue Morpho, and they feature prominently in this piece. The fairy girl in the background is nearly obscured by the brilliant vibrancy of the fluttering butterfly wings - that is, until you catch her violet eyes looking at you! My original acrylic painting.
