A Water Baby Found in Seashell by Bikini Nymph Clock

A Water Baby Found in Seashell by Bikini Nymph Clock

A strand of red hair, as vibrant as coral, clung to Naiya's cheek, escaping the loose braid that tumbled down her back. Her emerald eyes, usually sparkling with mischief, held a flicker of concern as she scanned the lily pads. A barely-there seaweed bikini, clinging precariously against her wet skin of the round curves of her butt, offered scant protection from the cool morning air, showcasing the generous swell of her C-cup breasts. At nineteen, Naiya was the epitome of a water nymph; captivating and perfectly at home in her underwater world. Yet, an unsettling tremor had moments ago rippled through the caverns, a sensation unlike anything she had ever experienced. Naiya, ever curious, needed to investigate. Just then, a flash of movement from the corner of her eye caught her attention. A small, fragile object bobbed precariously on the water's surface, carried by the gentle current. --- Dripping wet, she emerged from the water, her every curve accentuated by the meager bikini. Naiya, ever the adventurer, took a step onto a lily pad, the weight momentarily causing it to dip before regaining its buoyancy. Despite the precarious footing, she balanced easily, water cascading down her sculpted form, highlighting the gentle swell of her breasts. Taking a deep breath of the cool morning air, she set off towards the bobbing object, her mission temporarily overshadowing the tremor that had shaken her world. --- Naiya paddled closer, her hand outstretched. As she retrieved the object, a gasp escaped her lips. It was a seashell, unlike any she had ever seen. Enormous and barnacle-encrusted, it pulsed with a soft, milky light that seemed to emanate from within. The tremor from earlier echoed faintly within the shell, a rhythmic pulse that resonated deep within Naiya's core. Curiosity warred with trepidation, but the insistent thrumming compelled her onward. --- With a surge of strength, Naiya managed to pry the shell open a sliver. A wave of light washed over her, revealing a sight that mirrored a forgotten dream – a tiny, swaddled figure nestled amongst pearls and shimmering seaweed. The babe's eyes fluttered open, mirroring the luminescence of the shell with an innocence that captivated Naiya. In that moment, the tremor ceased, replaced by a profound sense of calm. --- Naiya cradled the child, the vastness of the ocean suddenly filled with a new purpose. The image of the Water Baby, a vision of idealized beauty cradled by the sea, flickered in her mind's eye. Naiya, a creature of the freshwater, knew she had been chosen – to become the guardian of this ocean child, a protector amidst the crashing waves and hidden depths. The vast ocean no longer seemed daunting, but a cradle for this newfound wonder, a responsibility both terrifying and exhilarating. Naiya, the freshwater nymph, had found her destiny in the heart of the churning sea. --- The artist Artist is Herbert Draper died in 1920, This work is in the public domain in the United States because it was published (or registered with the U.S. Copyright Office) before January 1, 1928.

I received this as a birthday gift from my husband to replace a clock that had broken. It was perfect, pictures of my sweet family to see at every hour of the day. The size of the pictures looks nice for the size of the clock and I love looking at it! The only downside is there is no cover for the battery on the back, which makes me nervous having little kids running around the house, but an easy fix with some tape. The printing turned out clear, considering they were all cell phone pictures. Some of them look slightly grainy upon getting close up. But so nice overall!
