Meet the talented visionaries whose commitment to breaking the mold is shaking up the world of commerce.
Robert Beaver, Co-Founder and CEO
Robert founded Zazzle with his sons, Bobby and Jeff, and is the Chief Executive Officer. Robert has an AB in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from Stanford Business School, and a JD from Stanford Law School. Upon graduation, he launched the first of five companies, discovering the excitement and challenges of building a business. His companies have always been tech-focused, from semiconductor processing equipment, to light-based cooking technology, and now to the internet. Zazzle is company #5, and his proudest accomplishment, having had the privilege to build it with his sons, wife Peggy, and many other extremely talented and unique people. At Zazzle, his favorite activities include anything that involves competition, such as MCing summer BBQs and cheering on Zazzle contestants in pie eating, bull riding, and seed spitting. At home, he is a proud father of four, along with 8 grandchildren.
Jeff Beaver, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Jeff founded Zazzle together with his brother, Bobby, and father, Robert, while a student at Stanford University. Jeff worked side-by-side with Bobby to engineer the entire Zazzle website, which first launched in mid-2005. His deep passion for the online consumer directs the website experience and drives feature and product innovation. Jeff helps to guide company direction and vision, while sharing responsibility for day-to-day operations. Jeff holds an AB in Economics from Stanford University. Although he has a third the number of degrees as his father, he makes up for it with his innate event planning prowess, best exemplified by Zazzle's special events. After having sponsored Zazzle Bay to Breakers on its 100th Anniversary—with over 150,000 revellers in attendance—he's pretty sure that's the largest tech "startup party" in history. He's also passionate about running, cycling, skiing…and burritos.
Bobby Beaver, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Bobby founded Zazzle together with his brother, Jeff, and father, Robert, while a student at Stanford University. Bobby and Jeff built the first version of the Zazzle website which launched in 2005. Bobby still designs and codes today, but spends most of his time supporting an extraordinary team of engineers, mathematicians and scientists to invent, implement and scale Zazzle's systems. Bobby holds an AB in Economics from Stanford University and is proficient in the many technologies behind Zazzle's software and hardware systems. Bobby is passionate about working on really hard problems with really smart people.
Jason Kang, Chief Financial Officer
Jason has been an integral part of Zazzle since its launch in 2005 in a variety of key roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of International. Jason continues to focus on helping Zazzle grow. In his current role as CFO, Jason oversees finance, enterprise supply-chain and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to Zazzle, Jason worked in the technology investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Jason graduated from Stanford University with an AB in Economics. Jason's claim to fame is getting the Zazzle roll listed on the menu of a once famous Palo Alto sushi house. When not crushing it at Zazzle, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, three children (2 human, 1 dog), playing golf and cooking delicious food, usually in that order.
Peggy Beaver, Chief People Officer
Peggy has been a part of Zazzle since the beginning, first in finance and then in human resources. She leads a team that oversees staffing, recruiting, compliance, training, employee relations and culture across all Zazzle offices. Prior to Zazzle, Peggy held positions in operations and employee relations at Bank of America. She also coordinated market research for a fast-growing start-up. She holds an AB in Psychology from Stanford University. She's an avid skier from Tahoe to Austria and runner — she has completed many marathons including San Diego, San Francisco, and Vancouver. She's the ever-reliable "Zazzle Mom" not just to every Zazzler, but also to her own 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Charles Ohiaeri, Chief Fulfillment Officer
Charles met brothers Bobby and Jeff Beaver while all three were students at Stanford studying Economics. When Zazzle was founded, he was invited on board to build the customer service division, which he did, before quickly transitioning to lead all of Operations, including supply chain, global logistics, manufacturing as well as R&D. He's been with Zazzle since the beginning, helping grow the company and expanding his responsibilities over time. He built and is responsible for the architecture and technology systems that allow the company to produce and deliver millions of unique products from invitations to skateboards, most in less than 24 hours. He is passionate about specialized manufacturing and just about all things bespoke. He and his wife wore custom Zazzle shirts on their wedding day, and the very first garment worn by each of his sons was a Zazzle onesie. Charles enjoys road cycling with his wife, archery and exploring museums around the world.
Melanie Sherk, Chief Legal & Business Development Officer
Since joining Zazzle in 2005, Melanie is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and privacy issues. As Vice President of Business Development, she leads a team that secures new strategic partnerships for Zazzle while also managing relationships with Zazzle's existing licensing partners, including Disney, Getty Images, Sesame Street, and The Collegiate Licensing Company. Prior to Zazzle, she held both legal and business affairs positions with a number of privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Melanie holds a BA from Agnes Scott College and a JD cum laude from the University of Georgia. Melanie calls San Francisco home but she's still got love for her native North Carolina, particularly the barbecue and pimento cheese and the Dogwood blossoms in the spring. She enjoys cycling with friends, discovering up-and-coming musical artists, and taking her rescue dog, Clementine, for beach romps.
Bridget Smith, VP of Special Projects
Bridget has had many roles since she started at Zazzle in 2005. Presently, she's our VP of Special Operations, overseeing the myriad of new opportunities that Zazzle is working on. She's also run our international operations, primarily opening and staffing our European headquarters in Cork, Ireland. She was Zazzle’s CFO for seven years and has also managed our acquisitions of FanMade and Boundless. Quite simply, there's not a facet of the business that Bridget hasn't touched. Prior to coming to Zazzle, she was a CPA at Ernst & Young, the Director of Finance for Apple's U.S. operations for 13 years, VP of Finance at Intuit and also co-founded an educational software company, Tenth Planet, which was later acquired. Bridget enjoys skiing, hiking, playing golf, snowshoeing and playing with her three grandkids in Nevada, where she set up Operations at our manufacturing facility in Reno.
Kyle Peschel, Chief Growth Officer
