This is my son's original colored pencil drawing of a gouldian finch. Gouldian finches are an endangered species of bird that are native to Australia. They are the most glorious shades, usually with a red face, a yellow belly and a purple breast, although there are other attractive variations. They nest in tree hollows and termite mounds. I hope you love this drawing.
