Planners are kind of boring, especially if you have ADHD. The Epic Adventure Daily planner lets you put yourself in the middle of your own RPG/epic fantasy game/book/movie! Gamify your tasks by assigning a number and rolling for it. Instead of spoons for the day, you have a strength level. How effective are your meds today? Fill in that MP attack! Are you taking good care of your mental health? Measure it under protection. Your Main Quest are your tasks that have consequences. Side Quests are errands or tasks that you can do at your leisure or if you have the strength to do it. Calls, emails, and meetings? Just it down to remind you to Confer with Villagers! If you need to shop for items, you put that in the “Must Procure” section. Brain dump space? P’shaw, that’s boring. Our ADHD brains are filled with wonder! Write that stuff down in your Rumination crystal ball! How was your day overall? That’s your proficiency level. Rank it 1-20 and put it in your D20 picture.
