Adorable Birthday Teddy Bear personalize Balloon

A fully editable design of this adorable birthday Teddy Bear balloon. Enlarge or reduce the Teddy Bear and/or change the text. The little bear is surrounded by the celebrant's name. Perfect for a child but certainly not limited to that age! The text (name and age) is easily changed by using the template. For other desired changes (different type fonts, color, size or placement OR to resize the bear image and/or change the background color) select "Personalize this design" then select "Edit using Design Tool." To change the background color with the Design Tool, select the "Layers" option on the left. One of the options in this section is the Background Color. Select "Edit" for this background option. Several colors are available but for more control, select the box with the plus sign (+) in it. Then, with your mouse, click on the circle within the small bar and move it to a basic color you prefer. Select the circle within the color rectangle and move it to a more specific hue. You can keep playing with this until you find something you really like. You may also then want to change the color of the text (make it darker or lighter so it's more noticeable). Note the Options for the size of balloons available, plus there is a helium-filled balloon selection (however, you will need to have a source for the helium as it will not be shipped with helium inside). The larger size will require you to enlarge the design to fit. Use the Design Tool.
