Alice Encounters Talking Flowers in Wonderland Metal Ornament

I gave this ornament to my granddaughter in recognition of the school play she was in. The design was perfect for the occasion. I especially like the fact that you can personalize the back. The quality fo the ornament is very good.. Second time around the printing was perfect. I ordered 2 ornaments and the printing was on the rim, even though it looked fine when I ordered it. When I called to complain, your representative taught me how to use the icons on the left of the ornament to make sure all the printing was inside the red line. There is no directive on the use of the icons. I received a refund for the price of the original ornaments, but not for the shipping. I don't think I should have been charged for the shipping since the printing was off the rim.

It’s a beautiful ornament. The silver is nice quality-it is smaller than I expected so just check the measurements of what you need. Turned out great for my son and his girlfriend to give them for Christmas to honor the first home they bought this year! It looks good, just hard to read the text because of the print and size.
