Alzheimer's Awareness A Life Well Lived T-Shirt S

This T-Shirt was designed to support Alzheimer's Awareness. The quote "I support the Walk to End Alzheimer's because a life well lived should never be forgotten" was written by a private donor of the Walk to End Alzheimer's charity. This design is in support o my father and all who live with this illness and in memory of those who have lost their lives to it. All of my personal royalties/profits from the sale of the shirt will be donated to The Walk to End Alzheimer's 2012. This is not an official design of the Alzheimer's Association but an original design for my personal effort to raise money for that foundation.
