Anglerfish Submarine - one of my favorites I've painted to date (Matt's too). Some of you may have noticed my fascination with deep-sea abyssal sea creatures, as well as steampunk theming, and this painting combines them both. A beautiful violet eyed girl sits within the interior of an elaborate submarine which looks all the world like a clockwork anglerfish (lanternfish). Okay, it's kind of an odd painting, but there is something very striking and magical about it - kinda Jules Verne. Who doesn't love a steampunk submarine shaped like a giant fish? I ordered this poster for my son's girlfriend...The girl in the poster reminds me alot of her..It is very thick and the colors look just like the online description!! Her birthday isnt until July, but I know she will love it as much as I do!! I have ordered several items from Zazzle and have been VERY happy with each one! I will definetly be ordering again...
