Antelope Canyon Puzzle

When this product arrived I was surprised by the small bx. But when I put the puzzle together the beauty and majesty of Antelope Canyon came back to me. Looks very good. The quality of the photo was well captured in the printing.

The puzzle comes including glossy white 2” border as part of the puzzle on two sides, nothing at top and bottom! Who would want a puzzle with attached two sides of white border??? The borders are puzzle pieces so you can’t make the puzzle without using the white border pieces. I have tried writing customer support and never received an answer. Then I tried calling so I could get my money back. Phone has a message “due to technical difficulties we cannot take calls.” Tried two more days to call. Same message. Wrote again. Now I received message saying congratulations, we are crediting your Zazzle Account for full price of puzzle. I didn’t want credit, I wanted refund! Now I can’t write them because there is a glitch that won’t let me. Frustrated greatly. See above. Colors were beautiful but useless because of two borders that are part of the puzzle.

I designed puzzles for Christmas gifts and they were well received. The collage style I made, and memorable photo style were liked. I haven’t seen anyone assemble the puzzles yet, but I look forward to that.
