The Big Five of Statist Despots; Obama, Mussolini, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, Stalin. (There is another famous one that begins with "H", but he's not allowed on Zazzle.) These are five men who believe(d) that every citizen should be subservient to the government. That the "public good" trumps any right or privilege of the individual. Of course, these despots consider(ed) themselves to be the final arbiters of what is the "public good", since they are/were so much smarter and better than the rest of us.
