Design description: The top half is a blue background with a template for the inauguration day date over two lines. Below that is a lighter blue stripe, covered with 15 small white stars, each in white sans serif font. Below that on a red background are the words "The Trump error has no clothes" in a white serif font similar to the one Trump uses for his campaign material.
