Antique Art Nouveau Majolica Faux Relief Repro Ceramic Tile
From an original circa 1900 Henry Richards antique tile. A large light blue flower with yellow center is the focal point amidst a sensuously curving leafy stem that encircles it. Very effective against the cocoa brown background. Choose from 4.5 inch or 6 inch size tiles as well as other items.
Although this tile looks like it has the raised dimensions of the original carved molded tile, it is actually flat, printed in a faux relief or trompe l'oeil ("fool the eye") style that captures the look of the raised detailing on the original on a smooth surfaced ceramic tile.

From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
