Highly customizable product. The web site is easy to use in order to customize what you want: many fonts to choose from, font size is customizable, and you can choose pictures along with the writing. The manufactured and delivered product was great. The writing and graphics are beneath a glaze - and the product is dishwasher safe - so you don't have to worry about it. The finished product looked just as it did on the web site (perhaps better than the web site).
