Argentinian Sun Wham-O Frisbee

This design contains the Sol de Mayo (Sun of May) that is featured in the center of the national flag of Argentina. The sun appeared for the first time in the version of the flag released in 1818. According to some historians, the Sun of May represents Inti, the Incan god of the sun. The Sun of May is also linked to Sol Invictus ("The Unconquered Sun"), a Roman god that was identified with the Sun and was the main solar deity in the ancient Roman religion.

This Frisbee is so pretty! I ordered a fun backyard game off of Amazon that requires a flying disc but the one that came with it was a little light weight, and obviously not as good as an authentic Frisbee brand flying disc, like this one. Having a couple Frisbees, with my own artwork on them, is an added benefit. This Frisbee, as well as, many other designs of mine are available in my Ink Goes Wild Alaska Zazzle store. The best way to access my store is through the link on the navigation bar of my artist website Ink Goes Wild Alaska. The printing is phenomenal! I couldn't be happier!
