Arizona Guard Dog Postcard

Postcard: Named the TEXT after a slogan off John's dad's t-shirt we mailed him a few years ago that we got in some gift shop. We had a few other ideas but we choose that for this photo. However, after being a snake magnet and seeing them at 7.5 inches away from my face; a mojave & being struck by one in my left leg...I will be the first to say I would not use one for a guard dog. They are more pleasant than aggressive. I have seen a variety of them & they all diversely different yet the same...kinda like us human beings...I am no fan to the snake but I sure do have a respect for them for they help us human beings with disease control...So I would never like to see or hear they are killed because people did not take the time to understand & respect them. I had a fear of them at one time. I reckon that cored back to my childhood days but I asked the developer/sales as we purchased our home about the snakes here & he replied they are out there but he rarely sees them. I have walked with folks who said they have walked & never saw a one & then walk with me & sees them so I am nicknamed "Snake Magnet" here locally...maybe that explains why not many go out trailing with me. :)
