The 10th Cavalry Regiment is a unit of the United States Army, originally formed as a segregated African-American unit after the Civil War. It was one of the original "Buffalo Soldier" regiments, stationed at forts across the Western Frontier in support of westward expansion. The 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment was first constituted in the Regular Army in 1866 and organized at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

The shirt is good quality and fits just fine, but the colors of the printing are not as bright as in the sample photo. Not the best. The colors are a lot brighter in the sample photo; when I received the shirt they appeared faded. The red looks a little more pink and the blue is a lot lighter. N.B. I did not wash the shirt yet.
