Processing took longer than expected, and I got nervous that it wouldn't be delivered in time. After calling, your representative paid for overnight shipping so that my dad would get this on Father's Day. I thought the cover would be canvas/cloth, but I probably didn't read the fine print. I wasn't disappointed, as the printed cardboard looks really good. The colors and image quality were great, and the custom name patch looks really cool.
