This is a design by Tim Gagnon
"This patch was inspired by a photo I took in late March of the Artemis 1 SLS on the pad from the road to Playalinda Beach at the Canaveral National Seashore. My point of view was NW of LC39B.
In creating this patch with Dr. Jorge Cartes, I wanted to imagine the scene at dawn. The waning crescent Moon is in the sky, the Sun is just breaking the horizon. To be more attractive and powerful I enhanced the morning colors. The "Artemis" figure from my program commemorative is ghost stitched into the background, aiming her arrow towards the Moon - the destination of Artemis 1.
Fifty years ago I had a similar POV from just southeast of Pad 39A when Apollo 17 was poised for launch. Witnessing the launch of our last Moon rocket put me on my career path.
I dedicate this patch to the young professionals "The Artemis Generation" who will make this happen and two my grandsons generation who will one day see us fly to Mars. I hope they are as inspired by Artemis as I was with Apollo."

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
