ARTivity on the Green Magnet

Magnets are now available with this mixed-media illustration of ARTivity on the Green, an award-winning art park on Liberty Street in Winston Salem, city of Arts and Innovation. The park was developed by AFAS - Art for Art's Sake, a non-profit group whose mission is "to build, educate and celebrate community through art." The half-acre, public art park is characterized by unique design elements, including a series of red towers that recall Winston-Salem’s industrial past as they emit clouds of water vapor every 30 minutes. Shining steel ribbons create a unique artist-performance shelter. The towers and steel ribbons are enhanced by dramatic lighting effects at night.Deb is a Winston-Salem artist who produces her creations at Willy Nilly Studio in the downtown arts district.
