Asano Takanoha Ladies Leather Wallet

The name "Asano Takanoha" is based on "Mon Den". In "A Study of Definite Crests" by Fukui Manjiro, it is written as "Aki Asano-ke Chigai Takanoha" and states that the Asano Maru with Chigai Takanoha is the main crest of the daimyo Aki Hiroshima 420,000 koku Asano family (upper volume, p. 101). The Asano family of the Forty-seven Ronin is a branch family of this Asano family. / In addition to this, the Asano family crest includes a half-open fan with an omodaka (arrowroot) design, which is called "Asano Oggi" and is used in combination with "Maru ni Mitsuhiki" ("Three Rings in a Circle") ("The Crests of Daimyo Families" by Kenichi Takahashi). / As for the name, "Mon no Izumi" and "Mon no Shiori" simply call it "Asano Taka".
