People who suffer with this condition can suffer from pulsatile tinnitus which is where they can hear a whooshing or heartbeat sound in their ears 24/7. The sufferer may appear to be okay, but managing symptoms is difficult. Usually their loved ones or employers aren't aware of the struggles they face. These struggles may include but aren't limited to loss of sleep, depression, and balance issues. This t-shirt will help increase awareness to this misunderstood condition. It features an earlobe with a heart design to represent the heartbeat sounds people with SCDS hear. The aquamarine color with white polka dots is the official pattern of the SCDS awareness ribbon.

My 11 yo wore adult XL (5’7” 165#). The 8yo is small framed. She wore adult small and tied it in the back. Dark haired male wore adult large and 5’9”, 110# female wore adult medium . Good quality dark Heather gray, Gildan brand shirt. -it was next up from basic choice and cost about $20 per shirt. Not too thick or thin. Washed and dried well, no major shrinkage. Not see-through. Can wear a bra under it fine. Screen print is just as shown and well done, front and back.
