When I first selected the cup and personalized the design -- I have to admit that I was a little skeptical that the pic that I uploaded would come out well. To my pleasure, It was verbatim!! AWESOME WORK!! I am sooo very pleased with this cup!! Its a Large/Jumbo Mug and Perfect for my daughter for Late Night Med School Studies!!! She asked for a Gemini Mug as a replacement for the one that I gave her a few years back (she had broken it and loved the size). This Mug will be part of more personalized Christmas Gifts for her this year! My daughter is going to go bananas over this cup!! Its sooo much more Awesome than the last and it's personalized which makes it "hers"!! Absolutely Awesome Design - Graphic - Legible Print - Colors were AMAZING ... Best Product that I've received Yet! And I've gotten a LOT of GREAT products from Zazzle!!! I have 2 more cups (personalized with Pics for my Son and Daughter in Law w/their Newborn on each ) Praying that those are equally as Amazing as This one Was. BIG KUDOS to the designer!!!!! My husband had been complaining that all my coffee mugs were too small. I bought him the jumbo mug for Christmas and he loves it. The cup is made nicely and is not too heavy. The mug came in a box about 3 times the size of it. It was wrapped in several feet of large bubble pack. Thankfully that kept it from any shipping damage. I was a little worried when the heavy clear packing tape was taped right over my image but I was able to slowly peel it away and nothing was damaged. The printing is excellent. I am thrilled to see how clear the image printed. There do not appear to be any defects in the printing. The printing is smooth and seamless on the cup. I love how it turned out.
