The product was perfect - once I messed up the first one that was sent and I was walked through the customization process over the phone with a representative. Then it came out perfectly. I missed the date that it was supposed to be here for, but it turned out ok in the end. Next time I need to do customization I will find the number and call to do it over the phone.
