Azurest 75th Anniversary Tote Bag
2022 marks the Azurest Property Owners Association’s (APOA) celebration of our founding 75 years ago. During a period of limited access to resort locations, African Americans from the greater New York area chose to develop their own safe-haven to provide a peaceful and secure summer neighborhood for the enjoyment of family and friends. The collaboration of sisters, Amaza Lee Meredith and Maude K. Terry along with the Gale family, lead to the creation of a unique legacy spawning two additional neighboring developments that share multigenerational unity. Their vision resulted in a federal and state recognized historic area known as SANS (Sag Harbor Hills, Azurest and Ninevah) the three contiguous bay front communities that share a similar history and ideals.

I had several of these made as thank-you gifts for volunteers. They came out beautifully! The printing was very clear and true to color, and the totes themselves are well-made. Overall it makes a handsome and useful gift. Now I wish I had made one for myself! The printing was excellent. It’s a logo, so the color matters, and that was accurate. The small details came out nice and sharp, too.
