Great user friendly websitem timely delivery and great picture. Lettering visibility needs some improvement on actual ornament. The letters showed up well on the computer screen, but on the ornament they were not very visible. They need to be placed on a very light background.

The web site was super user friendly with all sorts of personal customization options. I would use this company again. Make sure your letters are placed on the 'light' part of the picture or you will not be able to see them. 3 day delivery even at Christmas! Picture great! Letters not easy to see
