I am happy with the ornament & packaging used to protect it during delivery, arrived promptly & in good condition. I should have paid better attention, though, I thought it would be much larger than it is :(. color is good , printing is small. Like I said just smaller overall than I had thought

Bought this for my granddaughter's 2nd Christmas. I really liked that you can personalize it with any verbiage, so even though it's called a "First Christmas" ornament, it can become any type of ornament you need it to be simply by changing the verbiage. I also loved that you have a selection of ornament shapes to choose from, so if your photo and/or verbiage doesn't quite fit one shape (e.g., the heart), you can change to another shape as you're doing your design and try another (oval, diamond, etc.). The pink elephant design is adorable. The photo came out wonderfully. However.......the words are difficult to read, even though I had them printed in a "bold" font. Not terrible enough that I wouldn't recommend it - because it is beautiful - but don't make the verbiage your focal point.
