The product was nice quality, arrived promptly, and looked just like it was pictured. It was just what I wanted for my newborn, first grandson for his first Christmas ornament. His nursery theme is the zoo/jungle animals, so this was perfect. A very personal keepsake. The only slight problem is that the heads of the giraffe & tiger cut off part of the photo I inserted, so that was a bit disappointing. Printing was clear & good quality.
