Baby's First Christmas Photo Ornament Reindeer

Good quality product. A little pricey with shipping, but wouldn't have been bad if it hadn't been the only item I ordered. The website seemed to indicate that one design would be on both sides. There are two sides and you have to design each one independantly. Fail to do this (as I did), and they send you an oranament with your child on one side, and the model from the ad on the other side. Customer service was very responsive, friendly and fast trying to fix this. It did take them two more tries though. Great

This is an adorable ornament for baby's 1st Christmas! The ornament is a nice quality and the printing is very professional. It seems very durable and will be a great ornament to look at year after year. The design is adorable and it looked great with our baby's photo. The colors and printing were all very true per the photos on the product description. I wish on the personalization that you could select an option to have both sides identical (which made sense for this ornament), rather than having to try to edit both sides to look as close as possible. The ornament still turned out great, though, and we were very happy with it!

The ordering process is confusing and misleading. We ended up having to send it back three times before we got it right. That said though. I have to say we were amazed at how helpful Zazzle's customer service was and at how quickly they got replacements out to us. great. However, Zazzle has some annoying habits, like not letting me say "great" and leave it at that (comment too short). I hope they like this longer version, and rethink that when they revamp thier website. Do they REALLY want to anny a person who is rating their products at the time
