Back Yard Bunnies 2019 photo calendar

I live in a neighborhood which hosts a good amount of wildlife for a relatively urban area, and my front yard is a xeriscape--that is, landscaping with hardy, drought-tolerant shrubs and perennials rather than grass. This offers said wildlife much more in the way of food and shelter than your standard turf lawn, so many different creatures tend to gather around my house, and observing this thriving little mini-ecosystem brings me a great deal of pleasure all year round. Of all the "visitors" I get, however, some of my very favorites are the little cottontail rabbits, and I've taken many, many photos of them since I got a digital SLR camera back in 2011. This calendar brings together twelve of what I think are my very best shots to date--you'll find bunnies of all sizes here, from adorable babies just out of the nest up on up to "yearlings" and full adults, and in a range of settings and poses sure to delight nature- and rabbit-lovers of all ages (though perhaps not the gardener in your life!).
