When I was in the 5th grade my class and the 6th graders did a Christmas play. The play featured two Santas, one good one bad. The bad one wore a black suit. This is what he was supposed to look like. Instead the teacher in charge wanted to make him look completely different. I remembered this so I made chibi versions of both.
