Colorized photo from 1942 Original Tittle: Barbershop in Mississippi Location: Mississippi Often barbering comes from a family. Passed on from one generation to the next. The location becomes a local hangout for the towns people. A place where people get to know each other a little bit, or just veg out if its too hot outside. I would say this is a casual shop, a bit worn out in spots, but worn isn't bad, it usually means the prices are affordable and the shop is relaxed. I would stay away from the wiring though, its a bit frayed in spots.
