Basset Hound Named Watson a Hand Drawn Creation is a mixed media drawing. Watson was of a curious sort type trying, and usually failing, to live up to his name. His parents were addicted to mystery stories and were most passionate about Sherlock Holmes. He partially blamed his human masters since their last name was actually Holmes. His full name is Watson Sherlock Sniffy Holmes. He HATED it when they used his full name but what was worse was when the neighborhood bullies learned of his second middle name. Dogs can be so cruel and the number of things they could accuse him of loving to sniff was endless. His mother, whose ancestors came from Italy, thought that her boy could do and be anything in the world. She even pegged him on being one of the first of his family to be a police or FBI search dog. Sadly, more days than not, Watson felt more like the blundering fool, Trusty, from one of his favorite childhood cartoon movies. The only bright side was that Trusty still occasionally got things right.
