Be Open - Chakra Commuter Mug

I like the travel mug style, size. I enjoy the fact that I can customize and put my own personal touch and design into this mug to make it extra special when I give it to my reiki Therapist for Christmas. When it arrived due to the printing design and color I contacted customer service and they right away responded and took care of my problem by refunding me in full and no hazzle at all. Excellent customer service. Because they were so great and understanding I continue to purchase about 25 more mugs from them for my Christmas gifts! The print quality, color and design didn't come out beautifully just like how i expect it to look like in the website picture. Unfortunately maybe because of the stainless steel material the printing quality was lacking in color and it was dull looking.

I like the travel mug style, size and the handle. I enjoy the fact that I can customize and put my own personal touch and design into this mug. I do wish that the lid and bottom of the mug was made better the quality was not the best kind of cheap material and the bottom of the mug has a sharp edge that my husband had to sand away. Overall I do enjoy using my travel mug. It great for keeping hot drinks warm for a long while. The print quality can be more brighter and recognizable but due to the fact that its some type of stainless steel coating the print quality was ok.
