I love the product, but the customer service dept. is horrible. I got a beach hitch also and they sent the wrong one. They haven't replaced it yet with the right one. Customer service was suppose to send me a e-mail on when to expect it and haven't heard a word!! The print job was good. I love the looks of all my products.
