This product was a gift for my BIL. We had some issues with the shipping (the ship to address did not show up in the system). When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, they not only expedited the shipping, they remade the item instead of waiting for the Post office to return it. They did this without me asking. I will happily use this company again knowing their customer service is top notch. My BIL was really excited as these are his favorite muppets.
