From a Victorian trade card. I’ve searched to see if I could find real birds with this coloring, but came up empty. But they’re still VERY beautiful, and look marvelous on all kinds of EVERYTHING. It was quick delivery, sooner than expected. This lampshade is exactly as described and the perfect size for my lamp. I replaced the old bell shape lampshade with this barrel shape and it allows me to place my lamp closer to the wall. I love the soft colors of this lamp shade and the modern-southwest design. In the evening, the light is a cream color. I am very happy with this lampshade and highly recommend this product. (Pardon the quality of my photos for this review.)
