Absolutely LOVED the buttons. They were processed & shipped out fast. I made a mistake on the 1st order, Zazzle informed me of my mistake, had me correct it and still had the buttons to me in time. Thanks so much Zazzle.

I received MAGNETS, although I ordered buttons. The part of the subject's head was chopped off. I paid extra for priority mail in order to receive the items prior to a funeral. The delivery date was changed to the day after the originally promised date, which was the day of the funeral. Also, had i known my package was coming from California, I would have chosen another company, closer to my state. I emailed the company prior to making this review. I have not seen a response. .

I submitted a prior review, which did not get posted, which tells me there is a lack of transparency/reviews are scrutinized and not all posted by Zazzle. Hopefully this one gets posted as it’s important for consumers to understand all experiences. This item had to be redone because the first one, as in the picture I attached, had the head cut off. When I first contacted customer service about it, they indicated it was my error due to the editing tool. Certainly I would never submit an order with the head cut off. The final product I reviewed before submitting the order did *not* have the head cut off. I re-ordered the product under a different order because I needed it right away. After a couple of back-and-forth emails with customer service, they did refund me for the original order. Disappointed in the time I had to take to re-order and get this straightened out with the refund.
