A beauty! Found in a box lot FULL of old prints and paper at my most recent auction attendance. I was unable to find exactly what the name for this type of ship is since all the examples I saw didn’t exactly match this one. The construction of the deck is exactly the same as what you’d see in a pirate movie. Neat, right? A marvelous image that looks equally marvelous on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including tapestries. I wanted happier curtains in this window so I made a seamless repeat in the things and colors that make me happy and ordered them in this tapestry then made curtain rod pockets. I love how it came out and I can use the fabric to make something else when I’m tired of them. Excellent. The colors are bright and look great the fabric is soft and hangs well.
